About C.J. Phipps
My Story
My name is C.J. Phipps, and I serve as the pastor of Dispensation of Grace Fellowship. I grew up in church and trusted Christ as my Savior at the age of seven. From an early age, I had a desire to understand the Bible, and I eventually earned a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies.
Along the way, I spent years studying Scripture, exploring different denominations, and examining various theological viewpoints in an effort to make sense of the many apparent contradictions Christians often encounter in their Bibles.
In 2016, I was introduced to Mid-Acts Dispensationalism. For the first time, I was given a consistent framework for understanding God's Word by rightly dividing the Scriptures and recognizing the distinct ministries and programs revealed throughout the Bible. Questions that had troubled me for years suddenly had clear biblical answers, and my confidence in God's Word was strengthened tremendously.
Why We Started DOGF
In 2025, my family and I started Dispensation of Grace Fellowship because there were no churches in our area teaching the Bible from a Mid-Acts dispensational perspective. Our desire is simple: to help believers gain clarity and confidence in God's Word while faithfully proclaiming the gospel of the grace of God to those who have never trusted Christ.
My goal as a pastor is not to build a following, but to help people understand what God is doing today, appreciate the riches of His grace, and learn how to study the Bible for themselves.

The Family
I am blessed to share this ministry journey with my wife, Amelia, and our three children — Gibson, Sage, and Amos. As a family, we are grateful for the opportunity to serve the Lord together and to be part of what He is doing through this local assembly.
